It did get much better after use and feels very smooth and not rough at all after 6 months. I went with the Soft variant which is fine for me but still wish if i got mid, the reason behind this is i usually press down my mouse into the pad sometimes without noticing it which makes me feel im pressing into a memory foam pillow making it a bit scratchy on my mouse, but maybe thats just me being picky but it never actually bothered me much. Stopping power on the pad is great, not insane like the g-sr but very good and overall the glide and stopping power are very balanced and almost perfect for a control pad.Īgain, at first i didn’t like how it felt at all, very scratchy out of the box and rough but it did break in after 2 weeks or so.
